If you make a reservation for the Clubhouse (aka: Bunkhouse) at Monterey Campground, advance payment is requested. Walk-ins are welcome if the Clubhouse has not been rented. We accept check, Zelle, or PayPal. (Tent camping does not require advance payment).

If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as early as you can by phone (540-280-4782). This is especially important during high-demand weekends such as Maple Festival, Fourth of July, and Highland County Fair.

     

  • If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund (minus any transactional costs incurred due to Paypal or similar fees).
  • If you cancel between 10 and 29 days prior to your reservation, you will receive a transfer refund toward another Clubhouse stay of equal length within a one-year time frame from the original reservation.
  • If you cancel less than 10 days prior to your reservation or do not show up without notification, no refund will be issued and you will forfeit the entire reservation fee.
